Parmi elles, la perc\u00e9e de l&rsquo;avenue de l&rsquo;Europe, qui shunte le parcours de l&rsquo;ancienne voie royale et d\u00e9limite une emprise triangulaire entre l&rsquo;ancien et le nouveau trac\u00e9 : c&rsquo;est le C\u0153ur de Ville. Au centre, un march\u00e9 couvert a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, comportant en sous-sol un parking souterrain, aujourd&rsquo;hui hors normes et dont les rampes contribuent, avec le b\u00e2timent du march\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame, au dysfonctionnement des espaces publics de ce secteur central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La question est donc : comment rattraper cela ? Comment rendre le centre-ville lisible, surtout dans sa pratique pi\u00e9tonne ? Et en m\u00eame temps, anticiper l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des mobilit\u00e9s avec le d\u00e9veloppement des d\u00e9placements en v\u00e9lo et le renfoncement de la part des transports en commun. Apporter de la fraicheur, moins de min\u00e9ralit\u00e9, tout en repensant l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 du centre-ville de S\u00e8vres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La mission<\/strong><br>Succ\u00e9dant \u00e0 deux \u00e9tudes men\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment sur cet \u00eelot, notre mission comporte deux volets devant pr\u00e9c\u00e9der les phases op\u00e9rationnelles :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>R\u00e9aliser une \u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 des espaces publics afin d&rsquo;en pr\u00e9ciser la programmation, d\u00e9gager les contraintes techniques et fonctionnelles ainsi qu&rsquo;une enveloppe budg\u00e9taire. <\/li><li>Affiner la faisabilit\u00e9 du parking souterrain.
